INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

While the Sanctuary Outdoor saunas are designed to be placed outdoors, we highly recommend choosing a location that is flat and level, and without excessive exposure to rain, or that is prone to flooding.

The Outdoor Saunas is splash resistant, but not weatherproof.
A Clearlight® Water Resistant Sauna Cover will be provided free of charge upon every outdoor sauna purchase. If you choose to not use the provided Outdoor cover, your sauna must be housed under adequate shelter or in a weatherproof structure.

When considering your sauna location, please take the following clearance recommendations into account. They will make a noticeable difference when it comes to installation, care & maintenance.

  • The roof cap overhang adds an additional 21 cm around all sides of the sauna unit. (See spec sheets for details)
  • Allow 5 cm clearance on the sides and at the rear of your sauna
  • Allow 30 cm of space above your sauna's roof
  • Ensure access to the powerpoint at all times, to allow for hard reset
  • Check your sauna specs for required power amperage

Since every location is different, it's a great idea to connect with your sales consultant.

They can provide valuable guidance in choosing the perfect sauna model for your specific space.

A pre-install site inspection may also be possible, depending on your location.

Sales Event Delivery and Installation: Your Sauna, Delivered Fast & Set Up When You’re Ready

Fast delivery – All in-stock saunas are ready for delivery within 30 days of purchase for Australian residents, and 6-8 weeks for New Zealand residents.

Installation on your schedule - Once your sauna is delivered, Installation can be scheduled at a time that suits you.

Avoid storage fees – Deliveries must be taken within 30 days to avoid storage fees.  

We’re here to help – Just let us know your preferred timing and we’ll take care of the rest.

Delivery Requirement

  • For all in-stock items purchased during promotional or sales periods, customers are required to take delivery within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Failure to accept delivery within this timeframe may result in the application of a storage fee, charged at the discretion of the company.

Storage Fees

  • Items not delivered within 30 days (AU only) or within 6–8 weeks (NZ only) will incur a storage fee of $50 per week.
  • The customer will be notified prior to the commencement of any charges.

Installation

  • Installation services are available and can be scheduled independently of the delivery date at no additional cost.
  • We are happy to arrange installation at a time that is most convenient for you, or you can work with our installation partner to install at a time that is suitable, following successful delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery can be completed within the designated timeframe.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct electrical outlet for your ordered sauna is available at the time of installation.
