I’ve been trying to contact Clearlight regarding the delivery of my sauna and I’ve had no reply ,
My red light tower was delivered without warning and left by my front door all day whilst I was at work . Considering the financial outlay for the sauna I would expect far more communication . Since I purchased a month ago all updates have been initiated by me. And now my basic queries about delivery aren’t being addressed.
Not a review of the product but the poor customer service .
So impress with the sauna, so relaxing, well built and easy to install. The sales person never pushy kept me informed and when I had questions answered them
Having picked up the sauna bug 2 years ago at DFC in Moorabbin using their 4 person ☀️ lighten I started experimenting with all different brands and found the clearlight was the hottest and rose to operating temp the fastest. The 1 person with the 2x 700w panel heaters hasn’t disappointed in this regard and my wife and I now use it religiously. It’s clearly had an impact on my recovery as I am able to run daily vs 3x a week when not using the sauna. Yes it’s expensive, but you can’t put a price on your health.
I had previously used other brands but there is no comparison to Clearlight saunas - they are the best. The sales consultant, Steve was so patient and helpful with my 1000's of questions and the delivery and installation team were brilliant. In such a short time, I've already noticed benefits and look forward to continued wellness and health benefits. Great company to deal with and a fantastic product.

The build quality is great and it is really easy to use. It looks great, especially at night when the lights are on! We use it before going to bed and find we get such a great nights sleep! Thank - you Clearlite!
I’ve had my sauna for 3 weeks and am absolutely loving it. I’m using it 4 times a week and already am noticing a huge improvement in pain. It’s so relaxing and the infrared heat is just beautiful. I can’t recommend these saunas enough!
After a few months of research & visiting a few Sauna Retail Outlets I came across "ClearLight Saunas" - The more I looked at the details, reviews & YouTube Videos on the Clear Light Sauna it was an actual no brainer in the end - ClearLight Saunas won my business hands down - Now I have to comment on the salesman that actually sold us the sauna - David Kennedy - BTW when it comes to David then to label him a salesman is disrespectful to be honest because he is a no pressure professional who knows his ClearLight Sauna information & knowledge 110% - David is a first class knowledgable ClearLight specialist - I spoke to David 3 or 4 times before we ordered & paid for the sauna (Full Spectrum 3 x Seater Infra Red Sauna) - David was extremely helpful with zero pressure to purchase - Since the arrival of our sauna David has been at the end of the phone to answer any questions & we have had 3 or 4 questions just too clarify a few points - So Many Thanks David for all your service before / During & now After - Now the Sauna - What can I say - Our-decision was absolutely 100% spot on - Looking forward to tonight when we use it for the third time in 5 days...
I guess my final caveat is - Prior to building watch a few YouTube videos on this subject cause it will just help you clarify you are on the right track when building your sauna which is rather simple & logical.

After having previously owned a competitor infrared sauna, I was cautious as I found I just didn’t sweat and the sauna felt it never got hot enough. I understand how infrared works, but wanted to feel something too and shed toxins via sweat. The Clearlight is brilliant - I love how I can change the intensity, the LED light, the app to remote book a time so it’s ready when I am, and especially glad of the space to stretch in this larger sauna.
We are really happy with our infrared sauna. It works perfectly, fitted together surprisingly easily. Customer support from start to finish was excellent.
I spoke with a very helpful gentleman who answered all my questions, in a very timely manner. He helped me through the purchasing process, including giving me an additional discount that I wasn’t expecting. I am just waiting for the delivery date now.
We are truly impressed with its size; it's just perfect for one person, yet it comfortably accommodates two regular-sized individuals, allowing for a cozy sauna experience. It warms up quickly, reaching a hot 55-60 degrees within a mere 25-30 minutes, which really enhances our relaxation times. The added benefits of light therapy and the ability to play music directly from our phones have made it an even more enjoyable experience.
One feature we particularly appreciate is the red light tower (purchased separately) and its associated health benefits. However, it would have been great if this tower came with a second set of goggles, as sharing can be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, having the ability to turn the tower on without needing to change plugs or power on the sauna itself would improve the overall usability.
On a positive note, we would like to commend your customer service and the delivery team; they were exceptionally helpful and made the entire purchasing process smooth. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product and service.

We lived in an apartment building that had one in the gym area and we love it. We moved to the country and wanted our own after the amazing sleep and skin benefits we had. We started to realise the value in having a personal infrared sauna at home when the weekly sauna spend started to creep into the $200/week mark. Having poured 100’s of litres of sweat across handfuls of different saunas, when you step foot into the Clearlight Sauna a few things stand out: the timber quality and scent is incredible and actually one of the main things I love about the sauna; and the quality of fittings like the tempered glass, control panel and heating panels.
My Clearlight sauna has honestly been the best purchase of the last decade. They provide free installation, have an audio system that is Bluetooth compatible, and the running cost is quite cheap.
Having the Clearlight Sauna at home has been a massive win for my health, managing discomfort, improving my sleep and recovering from training, a huge YES all round for this sauna.
since we know we wanted an infrared sauna we narrowed it down to two: higher dose or clearlight… we just felt like clearlight was kind of the OG in the infrared sauna game and super trustworthy + dependable when it came to infrared saunas. we got the 2 person full spectrum sauna and have been SO happy with it. i would’ve loved a larger size but we didn’t really have the space for it in our home gym. so this one can comfortably fit me and michael at the same time, but it’s not really big enough to lay down in. another reason we chose clearlight is because they use true wave far infrared heaters. the sauna was definitely an investment and we are SO fortunate to have one in our home. and for us it was worth EVERY penny knowing that we are really investing in our health.
Quality product, less pressure to buy than other companies, enjoyed 4/5 times per week and love it!
I have the sanctuary yoga 4 person sauna. Delivery was so fast! Caught me off gaurd a little bit. AMAZING - I LOVE IT. My housemates and I can sit side by side, facing each other or remove the chairs all together. SO much room for activities. It's so beautiful too, heats up really quickly, completely silent (unless I put music on through the speakers haha). Really turns up the luxe at my house. Thank you clearlight. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend
