Halotherapy involves the dispersion of micro-sized salt particles into the air. This wellness practice is often used in spa and relaxation settings.
The HALO ONE®️ Halotherapy generator is designed to integrate seamlessly into your Clearlight sauna or personal wellness routine at home or in the office.
Its patent-pending technology starts with a 3% pharmaceutical-grade saline solution, which is vaporised and dispersed as micro-sized particles (1–10 microns) through a Vibrating Mesh. These salt particles are released into the air, allowing for consistent and fine distribution throughout the room.

The Vibrating Mesh Technology
The Vibrating Mesh Technology utilises a 3% pharmaceutical-grade saline solution, which is vaporised and pushed through a vibrating mesh, creating micro-sized salt particles that are dispersed in the air for you to breathe in.
The HALO ONE® is the only halotherapy generator producing salt particles between 1-10 microns. This means the salt will reach more area of your lungs than any other halotherapy on the market, helping you breathe easier.

What are the key differences between HALO ONE® Version 1 and Version 2?
Removable Emitters
The salt mist emitters are now removable, allowing for easy replacement in case of clogging or damage to the vibrating mesh due to cleaning. This eliminates the need to replace the entire unit.
Accessible Battery Door
The battery compartment now features a spring-open door, making it accessible for self-replacement if the battery is out of warranty. For in-warranty replacements, a replacement battery will be provided directly.
Additional Accessories Included
Each unit now comes with two extra emitters and a hand tool for easier maintenance.
Replacement Emitters
Replacement emitter packs (sold in sets of two) will be available for purchase if replacements are needed post-warranty.
Cleaning Capsules
To improve maintenance, cleaning capsules made of distilled water are now included with salt capsule packs. Each 30-pack of salt capsules includes 2 cleaning capsules.

What is the cleaning protocol for HALO ONE® Version 2?
Cleaning and Maintenance
The air inlet can be opened to clean any salt residual. Gently brush the outlet area and air path to clean any residual salt. A cleaning brush is included in the Saline Solution Capsule Pack. Use a clean soft cloth with a neutral detergent or lukewarm water to clean the capsule holder opening.
Cleaning and Descaling
⚠ Warning: Micro-organisms that may be present in the water or in the environment where the appliance is used or stored can grow in the water reservoir and be blown in the air, causing very serious health risks when the water is not renewed and the tank is not cleaned properly every 3 days.
Clean the water tank every three days. Follow these instructions:
- Turn off and unplug the unit.
- Remove the Saline Capsule Holder.
- Drain the remaining solution from the unit.
- Prepare 20ml distilled water and add 10 drops of pure white vinegar.
- Fill the water reservoir with the mixed solution.
- Turn on HALO ONE® and let it run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse throughout.
- Turn off and unplug the unit, then drain the water reservoir completely.
- Rinse the water reservoir with clean distilled water.
- Allow the water reservoir to air dry in a clean environment before using the unit again.
Additional Cleaning Precautions
-Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.
-Do not permit the area around the HALO ONE® to become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, turn the output of the humidifier down. Do not allow absorbent materials, such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or tablecloths, to become damp.
-Never leave water in the reservoir when the HALO ONE® is not in use.
-Empty and clean the water reservoir before storage. Clean the HALO ONE® before next use.
-Do not touch the two metal parts of the mist outlets directly or wipe it with cloth.
⚠ Important Warning:
- DO NOT touch or push the metal outlet nozzle with excess force. Doing so may damage the unit.
- DO NOT submerge the unit in water. This will damage the unit.
Is the HALO ONE® waterproof?
The unit is water-resistant (IPX4 rated), meaning it can handle light splashes but should not be exposed to direct water jets or submerged. Using it in a bathroom is fine, but avoid direct contact with a shower stream.
Can I use the HALO ONE® in a sauna?
Yes, HALO ONE® is designed for use in warm environments, including saunas. Unlike traditional salt rooms that require a cool, dry environment, the saline vapor technology allows for effective use in heat.
Can I use magnesium salt spray or other solutions inside the HALO ONE®?
No. Only approved HALO ONE® salt capsules should be used. Using any unverified solution may damage the system and will void the warranty.
How much salt therapy is too much?
Usage depends on individual needs. A general recommendation is 3-4 times per week.
Is there any risk to using my HALO ONE® unit around pets/animals?
There is no risk.
Is there any risk to using my HALO ONE® unit around technology?
Salt can degrade electronics. Ideally, wipe off any electronics weekly to remove salt. Keep sensitive electronics away if salt can enter them.
What is the Particle Size?
HALO ONE® produces salt particles between 1-10 microns.
Will HALO ONE® leave salt residue on surfaces?
With regular use, a light salt residue may accumulate on nearby surfaces. It is recommended to wipe surfaces periodically to prevent buildup.
