Fast Delivery: Your new sauna will be delivered within 5 business days for all in-stock items. If you've pre-ordered, we'll confirm as soon as your sauna is back in stock and deliver within 5 business days in Metro Areas, and up to 14 days in Non-Metro areas.

We take care of installation: Our team of experts will install your sauna in the room of your choice. We'll be in touch following delivery to coordinate a time for installation.

Please note: Deliveries to some regional areas attract a delivery fee and require self-installation.

From the initial call speaking to Leon and going through the process - flexible payments team and dispatch team and delivery and installation was done very well. Very happy with my sauna and have since purchased the red light therapy tower as an add on.
