From our initial enquiry we have been very impressed with the customer service team. The delivery and installation service was also great. The follow up after installation has been appreciated too.
Clearlight saunas were highly recommended by friends and we can see why. Although we were a bit hesitant about the price to start with, we are glad we have invested in the best sauna to give us maximum benefits. The build quality, heaters, medical grade chromotherapy and the sound quality of the speakers are all excellent. The built in smart device charging cabinet is also very useful.
Since installation, we have used the sauna almost every day. We also puchased the Red Light Therapy Tower, which came a bit later as it was out of stock at the time our sauna was delivered and installed. It was very easy to instal and adds another level to the whole experience. My husband suffers from arthritis in his hands and he is definitely feeling the benefits of his sauna and red light therapy sessions. We highly recommend Clearlight saunas - we all deserve to give ourselves the best and spend money on ourselves.

We purchased a 5 person outdoor Sauna. My wife and I both use it and it gives us plenty of space to stretch out. We have owned it for 6 months and use it 5 + times a week. It’s helped with my mental health, sleep and relaxation. The entire team have been amazing to deal with, my only regret is not getting it sooner. I thought I power bill would be huge, but it was about $100 more
For the qtr which for us is a bargain as we used to pay $60 for one sauna session at city cave. The blue tooth speaker have been great as well.

I purchased a clearlight outdoor sanctuary sauna 3 years ago, and now three years in I use it pretty much daily. Great quality product that stands the test of time. The customer service and post sale support is also next level, and any time I have a question or need help the clearlight team have been there to promptly help out.
