Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all purchases made as part of the Clearlight Saunas ANZ Warehouse Sale.

1. All Sales Are Final

2. Product Condition

Clearlight ANZ Warehouse Sale Items may include:

• Ex-display or demonstration units
• Refurbished or returned products
• Discontinued models
• Cosmetic seconds with minor marks, scratches, dents or blemishes

All items are sold “as is” and priced accordingly. Product details and condition will be clearly described at the time of sale. Known faults or defects (cosmetic or functional) will be disclosed in each individual product description prior to purchase.

3. Warranty

Clearance Stock Warranty

Warehouse sale items come with an amended limited warranty, which differs from our standard coverage:

• Warranty coverage will vary by item and will be stated clearly at the time of sale.
• Warranty coverage is reduced to 5 years (compared to our standard lifetime or extended warranties).
• Warranty coverage is limited to structural and functional components only.
• Any known or disclosed cosmetic issues (e.g., dents, scratches, marks) are excluded from warranty coverage.
• No further discounts, credits, or warranty claims will be accepted relating to issues disclosed at the time of purchase.

All statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

4. Availability & Allocation

• Stock is strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
• Items will not be held or reserved in advance.

5. Pricing

• All pricing is final and reflects warehouse-level discounts.
• No additional discount codes, promotions, or offers apply unless expressly stated.

6. Payment

• All items/services are sold on a first come, first served basis, determined strictly by the receipt of full payment. Mere expression of interest, inquiries, or placement of an order without completed payment does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability. Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to allocate inventory or service slots to the first party whose payment is received in full, regardless of the order in which inquiries or quotes were made.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Collection

• Standard delivery and installation to metro areas is included. For areas outside our metro delivery areas, we will provide a quote for additional freight costs.
• Alternatively, items may be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

During times of high sales volume Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to extended dispatch times.

8. Liability

• Clearlight Saunas is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of discounted warehouse items.
• Customers must ensure they have adequate space, ventilation & a level floor where the sauna will be placed.
• Customers must also ensure appropriate electrical supply is arranged prior to installation.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to cancel or amend any listing or sale should an error be identified or stock becomes unavailable.
• If a sale is cancelled by us (Clearlight Saunas), a full refund will be issued.

10. Condition Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

• Reviewed the condition description and/or photos of the sauna.
• Accepted any known or disclosed defects.
• Agreed to the terms of sale and amended warranty coverage.

No further claims will be accepted related to pre-disclosed issues.

Competition Terms and Conditions

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. 
• Promotion cannot commence for South Australian residents until a permit has been granted. Once granted, terms and conditions will be updated here and promoted to South Australian residents. 
• Each individual entrant has an equal chance of winning the major prize.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Staff, family, friends or suppliers of Clearlight Saunas are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Entries are collected using the embedded Gleam entry form. 
• To enter, entrants must provide their first name, last name, phone number, and email address via the Gleam entry form embedded in the webpage: https://clearlightsaunas.com.au/pages/enter-the-wild
• For additional entries, entrants may complete Gleam’s share and engagement options, such as:
• Sharing the competition via social media (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
• Referring friends via a unique referral link
• Following Clearlight Saunas on social media platforms (where applicable)
• Each valid action completed within Gleam counts as an entry. Maximum 9 entries per entrant. 

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

Competition Period

• The competition opens at 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 September 2025.
• Entries from all Australian states and New Zealand will be accepted during this period, except for South Australia.
• For South Australian residents, entries will open from 3 September 2025, subject to the granting of the required permit.
• Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

Prize

• The winner will receive a Clearlight Outdoor 2-Person Sauna valued at:
• AUD 19,999 (Australia)
• NZD $22,999 (New Zealand)
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize will be delivered within a minimum of five (5) business days once stock is available, and installed at a time mutually agreed with the winner.
• If the winner resides outside of Clearlight’s installation zones, delivery will be arranged and self-installation will be required.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random using a random number picker from all eligible entries submitted via Gleam.
• The draw will take place at 10:30am on 16 September 2025, online from 2/78 Rajah Road, Ocean Shores, NSW 2483.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided at 12pm on Sept 16, and followed up over email within seven (7) days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, a new winner will be drawn at 12pm on September 30 2025, from 2/78 Rajah Road, Ocean Shores, NSW 2483.
• The winner’s name will also be announced on Clearlight’s official Instagram account, and hosted on the competition entry page (https://clearlightsaunas.com.au/pages/enter-the-wild) with last name, first initial and postcode within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.

Conditions of Entry

• Only one entry per person is required to qualify. Additional entries can be obtained by completing Gleam bonus actions.
• Entrants must ensure that their contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of entry.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Disputes

• All disputes will be handled by Clearlight Saunas Australia Pty Ltd in a fair and reasonable manner. Participants may submit a written complaint via email. The Promoter’s decision regarding any dispute is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Complaints can be lodged to hello@clearlight-saunas.com.au

Privacy

• Entrant details (name, phone number, email) are collected and stored by Gleam on behalf of Clearlight Saunas for the purposes of administering this competition.
  Personal details will not be shared with third-party platforms outside of Gleam or Clearlight Saunas.
• By entering, entrants consent to receiving communications from Clearlight Saunas relating to this giveaway and future promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

General

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  If for any reason this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate, subject to applicable laws.
