We had a hiatus after purchase due to a planned holiday. Used it for one week only without the Red light Tower. Consistently using about 4-5 x weekly with red light daily in the morning. I feel like I have a little more energy and my sore parts have improved. A subtle change. I think for my husband and I it will take more time for a difference to be noticeable. We enjoy the process and I also do a meditation or reflexology whilst in there. Service was great and it went together easily. As I am short, my husband is making me a little foot rest out of Western Red Cedar. Win/win!!

Love it. Use it almost daily. It’s on rotation. My husband, visitors, relatives, grandkids who love to play with the lights when the sauna is off… great to have blue tooth to listen to zen music- makes me feel I am in a retreat . It sets the tone for a healthy lifestyle… is a vital piece in the diet/ exercise/ sleep/ detox/ mental de stress puzzle.
The cover is great marine grade material and is really well designed. The front zip makes it easy to open up for use.
Customer service is always very responsive and supportive.
Always amazing support. The saunas we have (2 of the Sanctuary Yogas) have been used in a commercial setting for a few years. They've been great. We have had 2 minor issues (an interior light burnt out and one of the full spectrum panels quit working) and both times the technical support team had our issue addressed within a day and replacement parts sent at no charge. The saunas are great, and the fact that the support to back them up is just as good makes Clearlight an amazing company to work with.
Clearlight Sauna Customer Service is one of the best I have encountered. Every representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the speakers going out, and they resolved that promptly.

Clearlight helped me make one of the best decisions of my life. For some time since we live rural I wanted to make the plunge of a home sauna so many to choose from out there, however none have a true warranty as does Clearlight. Not to mention the customer service when calling and asking a plethora of questions.
Clearlight Infrared Saunas has been instrumental in detoxing our firefighters after a fire. I would recommend other fire departments look into Clearlight Saunas as a tool to help keep their firefighters healthy.
Customer service and quality of product is why we bought from Clearlight. Was recommended by a friend who also purchased. We have not actually gotten the correct outlet to use our Sauna yet. We purchased A Red Light add-on also, which is why we need a different plug. But it looks very pretty and was not THAT hard to assemble.

We had 3 Clearlight saunas installed side-by-side in our business in NZ. Through an oversight, they all had identical bluetooth ID, so it was trial and error to play your music in the right sauna. I rang Clearlight, and they immediately sent 2 bluetooth units from Australia, and had their installers fit them free of charge the minute they arrived. The service was friendly, quick, and professional, and - by the way - the saunas are fantastic. Couldn't be happier.
A light inside of my sauna went out and the customer service was excellent. THEY sent me a new bulb at not cost and they were so helpful.

Wow. Because its compact, it's HOT. Its actually not that much smaller than a two person, and who wants to sweat with anyone else anyway. So pleased. Dogs are horrified they aren't allowed lol. Best tradesman Ive ever dealt with too. So much care taken. Will look great once I'm done painting!! Much appreciated. Great work team!
