Vibrational Resonance Therapy (VRT).....Relaxation, reduced anxiety and increased alertness are only a few of the reported benefits. A Clearlight® VRT is an amazing extra addition to your wellness routine.

A quick guide to how VRT works:-

Every cell in our body has its natural frequency. When we are exposed to sound waves with a frequency that matches our cells' resonant frequency, these waves can cause the cells to vibrate. This vibration can then have a variety of beneficial effects on the body.

Incorporating VRT in your sauna allows for deeper relaxation, muscle stimulation and further control over the autonomic nervous system.

Note: Our VRT kit is compatible with our Outdoor 2, Sanctuary 1, 2, 3 and Corner Saunas only.

Ideal for

How our VRT works with your sauna:-

Clearlight® VRT devices are connected to the underside of your sauna bench. The devices connect with high-quality speakers inside the sauna and are activated by Bluetooth.

You can then choose to listen to music or sounds and our VRT devices release those frequencies through the bench and into the body.

These frequencies and harmonies interact with the energy pathways of the body for vibrational resonance to occur.
