A Brief History of Saunas10,000 years ago Woolly Mammoths went extinct, and some really cold nomadic dudes somewhere in Finland dug a hole in the ground, covered it with animal skin (hopefully not the Wooly Mammoths) and build the first...
We had a hiatus after purchase due to a planned holiday. Used it for one week only without the Red light Tower. Consistently using about 4-5 x weekly with red light daily in the morning. I feel like I have a little more energy and my sore parts have improved. A subtle change. I think for my husband and I it will take more time for a difference to be noticeable. We enjoy the process and I also do a meditation or reflexology whilst in there. Service was great and it went together easily. As I am short, my husband is making me a little foot rest out of Western Red Cedar. Win/win!!
Love it. Use it almost daily. It’s on rotation. My husband, visitors, relatives, grandkids who love to play with the lights when the sauna is off… great to have blue tooth to listen to zen music- makes me feel I am in a retreat . It sets the tone for a healthy lifestyle… is a vital piece in the diet/ exercise/ sleep/ detox/ mental de stress puzzle.
